Wild Love for Gossling

Because it’s such a divine day today, I’ve been lying in the sun, reading a book with the music of Gossling in my headphones. In fact, it would be hard to find a better way to enjoy nice weather.
Only a voice as intriguing and unaffected as hers could have ability to stop and pacify a cynical Melbourne audience in the way Gossling (aka Helen Croome) does.
Maybe it’s down to her country Victorian upbringing, or maybe it’s just raw talent that lets her make music with such whimsy and nostaligia. Either way, I feel confident her coming releases will continue to captivate.
Recently, I chatted to Helen from her hotel room in Perth about her new release, why it’s important to follow your passion, and her ideal place to play.
